International Delivery

We ship to you with terms and conditions below:

• We process and ship orders from Monday through Friday 9am to 3pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) +8 hours. Orders 

placed after 2pm GMT+8 will be processed the following business day.

• We ship via UPS or  FedEx. Please also note that FedEx Overnight orders processed on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday. FedEx 2nd Day Air orders processed on Thursdays will arrive the following Monday. FedEx 2nd Day Air orders processed on Fridays will arrive the following Tuesday.

• We ship Internationally and world wide. Please allow up to 3 business days for shipping. If product is out of stock please allow up to 2 weeks upon delivery. You will be notified on the stock status before your payment.

• SHIPPING FEE – An additional of USD29.90 will be charged for international delivery. 

Local Delivery (Malaysia)

We ship to you with terms and conditions below:

• We process and ship orders from Monday through Friday 9am to 3pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) +8 hours. Orders placed after 2pm GMT+8 will be processed the following business day.

• We ship via GD Express (GDex) only. Please also note that GDex orders processed on Fridays might be delivered the following Monday.

• Please allow up to 2 business days for shipping. If product is out of stock please allow up to 2 weeks upon delivery. You will be notified on the stock status before your payment.

• SHIPPING FEE – An additional of RM15 will be charged for West Malaysia delivery. 

                               

– An additional of RM20 will be charged for Sabah / Sarawak delivery. 

• CASH ON DELIVERY (C.O.D) 

– C.O.D is only available in Penang. Please contact us for pickup arrangements.
